Zoom
Zoom is an online audio and web conferencing platform where you can host your webinars and online launchs.
By integrating your Zoom account with Launchsoft you can begin to understand how your audience behaved, at what points participants joined, and left your event and how many sticked to the end.
How to connect your Zoom account
To connect your Zoom account, navigate to your Integrations area by clicking on "Integrations" in the left sidebar and you'll find Zoom on the top row under Traffic.
Click on it and a new tab will open for you to login and accept the required permissions
You should see your newly integration Zoom account on the Integrations list below with a green check mark.
How to use your Zoom integration
In one of your dashboards you'll be able to analyze
- Attendance, how many participants were present at a given time.
- Unique Visitors, how many unique participants entered the meeting until that point
- Average Duration, on average how much time a participant stayed in the meeting (in minutes)
- Stick Rate, percetage of participants that stayed since your peak was reached
All these can be filtered by Meetings.
You can add any of these individually to your dashboard or create a new one using the Webinar Template.
How to remove your Zoom integration
Navigate to your Integrations area find your Zoom integration and click on the delete button
It should disappear and we'll stop reading data from it.
